For inquiring minds, more info is available at request. Just contact us at info.mirrors@gmail.com.
Art:
Mirrors attempts to dedicate a generous portion of each issue to artworks that capture our eyes and minds. Photography is accepted in colored or grayscale. Pictures taken of paintings, collages, etc. or digital art are also welcomed. Please keep in mind that changes in the size of the work may be necessary upon publishing. Send 1-5 works to art.mirrors@gmail.com. We accept attachments. Write "Art Submission" in the subject field of the email. Also, include a brief bio in the body of the text.
Poetry:
We accept poetry of any style and genre. Although our taste tends to lean towards non-rhyming, short poetry, feel free to submit your work even if it doesn't fall in that category. Send 1-5 poems to lit.mirrors@gmail.com. Write "Poetry Submission" in the subject field of the email. Place all text in the body of the email. If an attachment is crucial to preserve the format of the poem, inform us in the body and attach a word file. Also, include a brief bio in the body of the text.
Short Stories:
Submit short fiction within 500 words. Again, genre is open to the author, but please keep in mind the overall feel of Mirrors. Submit all short stories to lit.mirrors@gmail.com. Write "Short Story Submission" in the subject field of the email. Place all text in the body of the email. If an attachment is crucial to preserve the format of the story, inform us in the body and attach a word file. Please also include a brief bio.
All submissions must be previously unpublished. We DO NOT accept simultaneous submissions.
